Who You Can Sponsor

• Spouse – legally married with attested marriage certificate
• Children – sons up to age 25, daughters unlimited if unmarried
• Stepchildren – with NOC from biological parent
• Parents – with conditions (higher income, proof of dependency)
• Newborns – apply within 120 days of birth

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum income: AED 4,000/month (or AED 3,000 with housing)
• Valid UAE residency visa with sufficient duration
• Valid tenancy (Ejari) recommended for some categories
• Health insurance for each family member

Application Process

1. Gather documents: passports, photos, birth/marriage certificates (attested)
2. Apply for entry permit or change status in UAE
3. Complete medical test (for adults) and Emirates ID
